Is Synhelm Free really free?+
Yes. Up to 5 crew and 1 GB for photos and files, with no limit on clients, jobs, estimates, or invoices. No card to start.
What happens when storage is full?+
Everything you saved stays. New photos and files pause until you remove some or move up — Pro has 25 GB and Enterprise 100 GB. Settings → Your account shows what you use.
What counts toward the crew limit?+
Active crew members — the people who sign in with a PIN. Archived people don’t count, and office logins are separate.
What happens when I pass my plan’s limit?+
Everyone you already have keeps working. To add one more person, move up a plan.
Are prices per user?+
No. One price per shop, not per person — add crew up to your plan's limit at no extra cost.
Which currencies can I pay in?+
US dollars, Canadian dollars, euros, pounds sterling, or Australian dollars. Your shop is billed in its own currency when it's one of these.
What if I cancel?+
You go back to Synhelm Free. Nothing is deleted: your jobs, hours, photos, paper, and history stay, and you can export them any time.
Can I have my information deleted?+
Yes. The owner can ask for it in Settings → Data. Everything for that company is removed after 30 days, and you can change your mind until then.
Does my crew need accounts?+
No. Each person gets a PIN and signs in from the shop’s crew link or QR on their phone. No email, no app store.
