How it works

From sign-up to a working shop in an afternoon.

Synhelm follows the way a job actually runs. Set it up once; after that the crew's phones and the office screen stay on the same page.

  1. Set up your business

Sign up with your email, confirm it, and add your name, logo, address, and tax. It prints on every estimate and invoice.

  2. Add your crew

Give each person a 4-digit PIN. Share the crew link or print the QR code — nobody needs an app store or an email account.

  3. Create jobs

Add the client and the job: address, finish-by date, who's on it, and the tasks. The job is where everything else lands.

  4. The crew clock in

On their phone: pick the job, answer the safety sheet, and go. Hours count on the server, so a locked phone or a dead battery doesn't stop the clock.

  5. Capture what happened

Photos, files, tasks ticked off, daily notes, and chat — all filed on the job. No signal? It waits on the phone and sends later.

  6. Quote and bill

Estimate → job → invoice without retyping a line. Send by email from the app; replies come back to you.

  7. Run the business

Home shows who's on site, what's overdue, and what's owed. Timesheets, reports, and exports are there when you need them.

For the owner

Office on a computer or phone: jobs, clients, crew, paper, and settings. Invite office admins and turn on only the areas they need.

For the crew

A phone and a PIN. Clock in, see their tasks and schedule, add photos, answer safety sheets, and chat on the jobs they're on. They only see their own hours.

On any device

It runs in the browser on phones, tablets, and computers — add it to the Home Screen like an app. There's also a Windows app that opens the same Synhelm.
